Other governorates

What is the exchange and return policy?

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us via our customer service number at tel:01507889971 or send a message on any of our social media pages.

We will send a representative to collect the product from you.

  • If the product you received is damaged or has manufacturing defects, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, you will only be responsible for the shipping fee.

Please note that products cannot be returned or exchanged if more than 5 days have passed since receipt without submitting a request.
